Before exchanging details you will likely to asked to accept a transporters quote as this is how the site operates, we run a filter system for all contact details until a quote is accepted, once you do it will issue you their phone number and you will be able to directly discuss and send complete contact details including addresses.
To accept a quote login to your dashboard and select 'make winner' next to the transporter you wish to book.
Once you pay the booking fee it will then message you the transporters details automatically.
