How to verify my transport insurance?

Showing customers a verified insurance badge & ID on your profile always inspires much more confidence with customers who want to book you for a delivery job. For us to verify your profile we will need a copy of your insurance documents & ID, you can do this in the transporter portal in a few minutes.

 

Once you login you will see the below.

 

 

Click the verify now link and you will be able to upload both documents.

 

 

You can then use the form to attach your insurance documents and Identity. Please ensure your insurance submitted shows your occupation or main business type and ideally a full certificate up to date.

 

We will then check and manually approve the verification for your profile, this process can take a few hours to days depending on the queue.

This also displays above messages to customers when discussing jobs and will display 'identity verified' and 'insurance verified'
