Is VIP membership automatic?

Our membership system is all automated, once you have subscribed our system will automatically take each payment on a monthly basis, sometimes this can occur up to 14 days in advance.


You will receive an email with invoices upon each successful payment, if for any reason your payment is declined it will retry for several days, if this fails your account will be disabled until a new payment method is added or it will be downgraded to our free plan.


Cancelling your membership always requires 1 month notice as per the terms and conditions, however if you wish to downgrade to free you can simply drop us an email to do this for you.
