I want a refund

Due to the low rates we set to exchange details, the small contribution to exchange details is non refundable, however we do offer an alternative promise to ensure you have the best experience possible and we will list your job to 2000 transporters to find a super fast replacement.


We will decide on an individual basis if a refund is the best way forward for larger booking fees that go over the minimum £9 charge.


If you have a bad experience or a transporter who has not turned up / ignored the job, you can contact us directly and we will send this job to our Group of internally approved transporters to find you a replacement as fast as possible.


Please email us or submit a support request if you need a replacement provider.
